You get an account, the course you’ve paid for with no deadline to finish it, and ownership of the apps you build. Paid plans are one-time payments. Use the AI and the platform fairly, and remember that AI can be wrong — you’re the judge of what your apps do.
Who we are
Learn AI with AI (“we”, “us”) is an online course at learnaiwithai.in, run by Karthik Narayan, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. By creating an account or paying for a plan you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.
Your account
You must be 18 or older, give accurate details, and keep your sign-in to yourself. One account is for one person — accounts can’t be shared or resold.
You’re responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
What you get
Foundations is free to start. Levels (Levels 1–3) and Capstone + Certificate (everything in Levels, plus the Capstone and the certificate) are paid plans, each a one-time payment — there is no subscription and nothing renews.
There is no deadline to finish. Your access continues for as long as we run the course. If we ever stop running it, we’ll give at least 60 days’ notice by email and a way to download your work.
We keep improving the course. Modules may be added, rewritten or re-ordered; we won’t take away a level you’ve paid for.
Credits
Credits measure the AI you use — each reply from Mira, each build by Tez, each check on your app. Paid plans include a set number of credits, granted once on purchase; more can be bought as top-ups.
Credits have no cash value, can’t be transferred, and don’t expire while your account is open. We never cut you off in the middle of a build: a balance can run below zero, and we may pause AI features on an account whose balance is far below zero until it’s topped up.
Payments
Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card or bank details. Moving up from Levels to Capstone + Certificate costs the difference between the two. Refunds follow our refund policy.
The work you build
The apps, code and writing you create in the course are yours. You give us permission to store them, run them, and show them where you choose to share them (a public app link, your portfolio, your certificate) — only so we can provide the course.
If you push a project to GitHub, it goes to your own GitHub account under GitHub’s terms.
AI can be wrong
Mira, Tez and the AI in the apps you build are powered by third-party AI models. Their answers can be incomplete or wrong. Nothing in the course is legal, financial, medical or other professional advice. Apps you build are learning projects: before real people rely on one, test it and take responsibility for it — that judgement is what the course teaches.
Fair use
Please don’t: attack, overload or probe the platform; try to get around credits, checks or payments; use the AI to create unlawful, harmful or abusive content; copy, scrape or resell the course material; or submit someone else’s work as your own.
We may suspend an account that does these things. Where it’s fair to, we’ll tell you why first.
Certificates
A certificate is issued from your recorded results in the course and can be checked by anyone at its link. We may withdraw a certificate that was earned dishonestly.
Our course material
The lessons, exercises, client scenarios, characters, design and software of Learn AI with AI belong to us. You may use them for your own learning; you may not copy or republish them.
Limits of our responsibility
We work hard to keep the course available and correct, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Closing your account
You can stop using the course and ask us to delete your account at any time (see the privacy policy). We may close an account that breaks these terms; paid access is refunded only as the refund policy says.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll update the date above and tell you by email or in the app before the change applies.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please write to us first — most things are sorted out quickly. Any dispute that can’t be resolved that way will be decided by the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
